Veldt Jewellery is a small, handmade business — here's how returns and exchanges work.
Change of Mind
We accept returns for exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided the piece is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If a piece arrives damaged or develops a genuine fault, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue — we'll repair, replace, or refund it.
What Isn't Covered
- Made-to-order or custom-sized rings, once production has started
- Normal wear and tear, tarnishing, or damage from chemicals/knocks (see our Care Instructions)
- Sale or clearance items, unless faulty
How To Start a Return
Email veldtjewellery@outlook.com with your order details and the reason for the return. We'll confirm the next steps and an address to send it back to.
Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect a returned item, refunds are processed back to your original payment method — please allow up to 10 business days for it to reflect, depending on your bank.
