Most pieces are handcrafted and hand-finished, so please allow a short processing window before an order ships — we'll always email you if a piece needs extra time.
Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking information within a reasonable window, get in touch and we'll chase it up.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes charged on arrival are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
